This is a great island cottage that has everything a renter needs. It is on the beach with a private pool. Pool is heated to 84 degrees in March, April, May, September and October. The Pool is NOT heated in November, December, January and February. Features include 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have queen size beds and the kids room has bunk beds. The kids will love the mermaid mural painted on the wall with fish and a treasure chest. The home consist of all tile floors, large living area with exceptional views of the beach. The large sundeck is perfect for sitting and relaxing while watching the kids in the pool or on the beach. The kitchen is open and is fully stocked, condiments not included. There is a shower downstairs as well as a charcoal grill and fish cleaning sink.  Amenities include TV's in all bedrooms and living area, a game table in the living room. Keurig coffee maker, boardwalk to the beach, parking and much much more. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Cable TV is no longer provided. There are smart TV's in bedrooms and living room. Internet is provided and you will need your own streaming account.

TV's and Internet:


Smart TV's are provided in Living Room and bedrooms. Cable TV is not provided. You must have your own streaming service. Internet is provided at the fastest speeds they offer.


Parking: Plenty of room for 4 cars


Pets and Smoking:


Pets are not allowed in any of our homes, smoking is not allowed within 15 feet of any home.

Winter-12-01-2025  -02/28/2026  $418.00/ night--$2595.00/ week. $4695.00 Monthly. 4 night minimum


Spring 03-01-2025 -05-24-2025

$4038.00 per week $662.00 per night, 4 night minimum


Summer 05-24-2025  -08-02-2025 ----$5575.00 per week --7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday only


10.5% tax is added to the rental rate.


3% Merchant Fee will be added if you use a credit card! No Fee for Electronic Checks


Refundable Damage Deposit: $250.00 damage deposit will be required, it will be refunded within 14 days of check out by a check mailed to the mailing address on file. It will only be refunded in full if no damage is done to the home, which includes damages or stains to all linen provided. If the house needs extra cleaning due to the renter not leaving it clean, that extra charge will be deducted out of the refundable damage deposit. 

50% is due at time of booking within 24 hours and 50% is due 30 days prior to check in. If booking within 30 days, all money is due at time of booking. If invoices are not paid within 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled. 


The maximum occupancy of the home is 8 including all children, toddlers and infants inside and outside the home. We ask that you not exceed the maximum occupancy. Anyone who exceeds the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave with no refund. 


Cancellation and Fees: Please contact us as soon as possible in the event you must cancel your reservation. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount you have paid minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in you will receive 50% back minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days there is no refund. All refunds will be issued by check to the name and address on file.
