Smart TVs are provided in the living room and bedrooms, excluding the loft. Cable TV is no longer available. Internet is provided at the highest speed offered by the company, and you must have your own streaming account. This home is within walking distance to all shops and restaurants on the island.

Bedrooms: This vacation rental features a spacious layout with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a loft area furnished with twin beds. Bathrooms: The master bathroom includes a shower, while there's also a convenient shower/tub combo along with a half bath for guests.
Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen comes with a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Please note that food and condiments are not provided.
TV's and Internet: For your entertainment, smart TVs are available in the living room and bedrooms (excluding the loft), while cable TV is not included. You’ll need to use your own streaming service. Additionally, high-speed internet is provided for all your connectivity needs.
Parking: There's ample room for two cars at Seaplace 6.
Pets and Smoking: Please be aware that pets are not allowed in any of our homes and smoking is prohibited within 15 feet of any property, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all guests on St. George Island.

Fall 08-01-2026 - 11-30-2026 at Seaplace 6 is available for $389.00 per night or $2,468.00 per week, with a 3-night minimum stay. Experience a family-friendly retreat on St. George Island this fall.
Winter 12-01-2026 - 02/28/2027 offers a cozy getaway for $285.00 per night or $1,820.00 per week, with monthly rentals at $3,745.00. A 3-night minimum stay is required.
Spring 03-1-27 - 05-29-27 provides the ideal beachfront homes setting at $2,468.00 per week or $389.00 per night, again with a 3-night minimum.
Summer 05-29-2027 - 08-07-2027, enjoy a week in our beachfront home for $3,545.00, with a minimum stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
A 10.5% tax is added to the rental amount, and taxes are subject to change without notice.
Please note that a 3% Merchant Fee will apply if you use a credit card, but there is no fee for electronic checks.
A cleaning fee of $250.00 will also be charged.
To secure your vacation rental, 50% is due at the time of booking within 24 hours, and the remaining 50% is required 30 days prior to check-in. If you're booking within 30 days, the total amount is due immediately. Reservations may be canceled if invoices are not paid within 24 hours.
The maximum occupancy for this home is 6, including children, toddlers, and infants, both inside and outside. Please do not exceed this limit; any overages will require guests to leave without a refund.
For cancellations, contact us as soon as possible. Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund, minus a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior will receive 50% back, minus the same cancellation fee. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 30 days prior will not be refunded. All refunds will be issued by check to the name and address on file.
