Beachfront Vacation Rental – St. George Island, Florida

Inspired by the charm of the beloved Seaplace Cottages with an upscale coastal twist, this beautiful beachfront home on St. George Island offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and breathtaking Gulf views.

This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is professionally decorated and designed for relaxation, featuring travertine marble and tile floors throughout and elegant coastal interiors. The open living area flows onto a spacious beachfront porch, perfect for enjoying morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Gulf. The master suite also features its own private porch, offering a peaceful retreat with the sound of the waves just steps away.

A private boardwalk leads directly to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald waters anytime you like.

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay (condiments not included), as well as comfortable gathering spaces ideal for families and friends.

Community Pool:
Guests also enjoy access to a community pool, heated to 84° in March, April, May, September, and October.
The pool is not heated in November, December, January, or February.

Entertainment & Connectivity:
Smart TVs are provided in the living room and all bedrooms, and high-speed internet is included. Cable TV is no longer provided, so guests will need to log into their own streaming accounts for viewing.

With direct beach access, upscale finishes, and classic St. George Island charm, this coastal retreat is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and make unforgettable memories by the Gulf.

TV's and Internet:


Smart TV's are provided in Living Room and bedrooms. Cable TV is not provided. You must have your own streaming service. Internet is provided at the fastest speeds they offer. 


Parking: Plenty of room for 3 cars


Pets and Smoking:


Pets are not allowed in any of our homes, smoking is not allowed within 15 feet of any home.

Fall 08-01-2026  -11-30-2026 $469.00 per night--$2987.00 per week--3 night minimum


Winter-12-01-2026  -02/28/2027 $322.00/ night--$2085.00/ week. $4540.00 Monthly. 4 night minimum


Spring  03-01-2026 -05-22-2026-$2987.00 per week $469.00 per night. 3 night minimum. 


Summer-05-23-2026  -08-01-2026 ----$3904.00 per week. 7 night minimum. Saturday to Saturday. 


10.5% tax is added to the rental rate.


3% Merchant Fee will be added if you use a credit card! No Fee for Electronic Checks



50% is due at time of booking within 24 hours and 50% is due 30 days prior to check in. If booking within 30 days, all money is due at time of booking. If invoices are not paid within 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled. 


The maximum occupancy of the home is 6 including all children, toddlers and infants inside and outside the home. We ask that you not exceed the maximum occupancy. Anyone who exceeds the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave with no refund. 


Cancellation and Fees: Please contact us as soon as possible in the event you must cancel your reservation. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount you have paid minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in you will receive 50% back minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days there is no refund. All refunds will be issued by check to the name and address on file.
