Welcome to Gypsy Soul, a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental located on a desirable corner lot at West Pine Avenue and 6th Street. This beachfront home features 1 king bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bathroom boasts a large shower and double vanities, while the guest bath includes a convenient tub shower combo. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, and offers a spacious pantry for all your food and condiments. The cozy living room features an electric fireplace and opens to a large outdoor deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. Relax in the private pool, which is heated in the spring and fall at no additional charge, although please note that it is not heated during the winter months (November through February). This property also includes a fish cleaning sink and an outdoor shower, along with a charcoal grill for your convenience. Additionally, a Pack-N-Play, highchair, and wifi are provided, along with Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms (please note that cable TV is not included, so you'll need your own streaming account). Enjoy an easy walk to the beach and bike path—just two blocks to the boardwalk! Please note: no smoking and no pets allowed.

Pets and Smoking:
Pets are not allowed in any of our homes, and smoking is not allowed within 15 feet of any home. Experience the charm of our Gypsy Soul vacation rental without the worries of pets or smoke.
Rates & Policies
Fall 08-01-2026 -11-30-2026 $450.00 per night. $2950.00 per week for our beachfront homes, with a 4-night minimum stay requirement.
Winter 12-01-2026 -02/28/2027 $350.00 per night--$2100.00 per week, or $3700.00 per month, also with a 4-night minimum for our Gypsy Soul vacation rental.
Spring 03-01-2027 -05-29-2027 -- $450.00 per night, $2950.00 per week, with a 4-night minimum stay.
Summer 05-29-2027 -08-07-2027 ---- $3955.00 per week, with the week of July 4th priced at $4955.00, perfect for enjoying private pool rentals.
Please note that a 10.5% tax is added to the rental rate, and taxes are subject to change without notice.
A 3% Merchant Fee will be applied for credit card payments, but there are no fees for electronic checks.
Cleaning Fee: $250.00.
To confirm your booking, 50% is due within 24 hours of reservation, with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to check-in. Bookings made within 30 days require full payment at the time of reservation. Please be aware that if invoices are not settled within 24 hours, your reservation may be canceled.
The maximum occupancy for the home is 6, which includes all children, both inside and outside. Infants and toddlers in diapers are not counted in the occupancy. We kindly ask you to respect the maximum capacity, as exceeding it may result in being asked to leave without a refund.
Cancellation and Fees: Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us promptly. Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% cancellation fee. If canceled between 30 and 60 days before check-in, 50% of the payment will be refunded minus the 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed by check to the name and address on file.
