Gypsy Soul! Charming 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home on a corner lot of west pine avenue and 6th street. (581). Featuring 1 king and 2 queen bedrooms. Comfortably sleeps 6. The master bathroom has a large shower and double vanities. The guest bath has a tub shower combo. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities including stainless steel appliances and a double oven. There is a large pantry for all of your food and condiments. The living room has an electric fireplace. Off the living room is a large outdoor deck to read and drink your morning coffee. Unwind in the private pool. The pool is heated in the spring and fall at no additional charge. The pool is NOT heated in November, December, January or FebruaryThere is a fish cleaning sink as well as an outdoor shower. Charcoal grill is provided. Pac-N- Play, Highchair and wifi are provided. TV's in living room and all bedrooms with Samsung Smart TV's. Cable TV is NOT provided, you will need your own streaming account. Easy walk to the beach and bike path. The beach is two blocks to the board walk. No smoking/ No Pets!

10.5% tax is added to the rental rate. axes are subject to change without notice.
3% Merchant Fee will be added if you use a credit card! No Fee for Electronic Checks
Cleaning Fee: $250.00
50% is due at time of booking within 24 hours and 50% is due 30 days prior to check in. If booking within 30 days, all money is due at time of booking. If invoices are not paid within 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.
The maximum occupancy of the home is 6 including all children, inside and outside the home. Toddlers and infants in diapers are not counted in the occupancy. We ask that you not exceed the maximum occupancy. Anyone who exceeds the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave with no refund.
Cancellation and Fees: Please contact us as soon as possible in the event you must cancel your reservation. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount you have paid minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in you will receive 50% back minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days there is no refund. All refunds will be issued by check to the name and address on file.
