My Point of View is a bay front home with beautiful views of the bay. Talk about gorgeous sunsets! This is a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home that has been completely renovated. This home features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and 2 twins. Maximum occupancy is 8. The twin beds are located upstairs in the loft with panoramic views of the bay. It has 3 full bathrooms, 2 bathrooms are tub/shower combo, and one bathroom is a shower with a toilet. The washer and dryer are also located in this bathroom. Every bedroom has a smart TV. There is a view of the bay from every room in this home. The kitchen comes well stocked with pots and pans for all of your cooking needs It has a keurig coffee maker, all you need to do is bring your food, condiments and coffee and your are set to go. The living room features a large Smart TV. This home is 2165 sq feet and is large enough for the whole family. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the bay breeze while you watch the bald eagle at the empty lot next door. You will also see plenty of mullet jumping out of the water. There are two docks. The deep water dock is shared with the home next door. The deep water dock is 155 feet long. All you have to do is drive your boat over from the pier and you are ready to go out fishing. The smaller dock/boathouse is for kayaks only. Bring your kayaks or rent one on the island to kayak in the bay. This home is a fisherman's dream He can go out and catch dinner while the wife and kids play in the pool or take a short golf cart or car ride to the beach. Golf carts can also be rented on the island. There is a stainless steel park style grill, all you need to bring is your charcoal. The pool is located so that you have views of the bay as well. The pool is shared with the home next door. The home next door has an occupancy of 6. The pool can be heated in the fall for an additional fee. The pool is heated in the Spring at no additional charge. The Pool is NOT heated in November, December, January and February., Sorry no smoking, no pets allowed. Smart TV's and internet is provided for all of your streaming needs. You need your own streaming account. Cable TV is no longer provided.

10.5% tax is added to the rental rate.
3% Merchant Fee will be added if you use a credit card! No Fee for Electronic Checks
Refundable Damage Deposit: $250.00 damage deposit will be required, it will be refunded within 14 days of check out by a check mailed to the mailing address on file. It will only be refunded in full if no damage is done to the home, which includes damages or stains to all linen provided. If the house needs extra cleaning due to the renter not leaving it clean, that extra charge will be deducted out of the refundable damage deposit.
50% is due at time of booking within 24 hours and 50% is due 30 days prior to check in. If booking within 30 days, all money is due at time of booking. If invoices are not paid within 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.
The maximum occupancy of the home is 8 including all children, toddlers and infants inside and outside the home. We ask that you not exceed the maximum occupancy. Anyone who exceeds the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave with no refund.
Cancellation and Fees: Please contact us as soon as possible in the event you must cancel your reservation. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount you have paid minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in you will receive 50% back minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days there is no refund. All refunds will be issued by check to the name and address on file.
