Welcome to My Point of View, a beautifully renovated bayfront retreat offering sweeping water views and unforgettable sunsets. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for relaxing coastal living with room for the whole family.

Inside, you’ll find two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a charming loft with two twin beds overlooking the bay. Every bedroom features a Smart TV, and each room offers stunning water views. The home includes three full bathrooms—two with tub/shower combos and one with a walk-in shower (also housing the washer and dryer for your convenience).

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including cookware and a Keurig coffee maker—just bring your favorite food, coffee, and condiments. The open living area features a large Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day on the water.

Step outside and soak in the coastal lifestyle. Relax on the porch with a bay breeze, watch bald eagles soar nearby, and catch glimpses of mullet jumping in the water. Boating and fishing enthusiasts will love the two dock options: a shared 155-foot deep-water dock ideal for easy bay access, and a smaller dock/boathouse perfect for kayaks.

Cool off in the bayfront pool (shared with the neighboring home),  Please note: the pool is not heated November through February.

Amenities

Outdoor:

Private Charcoal Grill, Outdoor Shower, Fish Cleaning sink. Pool is shared with house next door. 


Bedrooms:

2 king, 1 queen, 1 set of twin beds


Bathrooms:

1 Master with tub/sower combo,  1 shower/tub combo, 1 shower


Kitchen:

Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, Pots/pans, dishes, utensils, Dishwasher. Microwave, Stove, Refigerator. High Chair. Food and Condiments are not provided


TV's and Internet:


Smart TV's are provided in Living Room and bedrooms. Cable TV is not provided. You must have your own streaming service. Internet is provided at the fastest speeds they offer. 


Parking: Plenty of room for 3 cars


Pets and Smoking:


Pets are not allowed in any of our homes, smoking is not allowed within 15 feet of any home.

Rates & Policies

Rates & Policies

Fall 08-01-2026  -11-30-2026 $469.00  per night--$2987.00 per week--3 night minimum


Winter-12-01-2026  -02/28/2027 $322.00/ night--$2085.00/ week. $4540.00 Monthly. 4 night minimum.


Spring  03-01-2026 -05-23-2026--$2987.00 per week $469.00 per night. 4 night minimum


Summer 05-23-2026  -08-01-2026 ----$3904.00  per week -$607 per night -4 night minimum 


10.5% tax is added to the rental rate.


3% Merchant Fee will be added if you use a credit card! No Fee for Electronic Checks



50% is due at time of booking within 24 hours and 50% is due 30 days prior to check in. If booking within 30 days, all money is due at time of booking. If invoices are not paid within 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled. 


The maximum occupancy of the home is 8 including all children, toddlers and infants inside and outside the home. We ask that you not exceed the maximum occupancy. Anyone who exceeds the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave with no refund. 


Cancellation and Fees: Please contact us as soon as possible in the event you must cancel your reservation. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount you have paid minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in you will receive 50% back minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days there is no refund. All refunds will be issued by check to the name and address on file.
