Gypsy Soul! Charming 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home on a corner lot of west pine avenue and 6th street. (581). Featuring 1 king and 2 queen bedrooms. Comfortably sleeps 6. The master bathroom has a large shower and double vanities. The guest bath has a tub shower combo. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities including stainless steel appliances and a double oven. There is a large pantry for all of your food and condiments. The living room has an electric fireplace. Off the living room is a large outdoor deck to read and drink your morning coffee. Unwind in the private pool. There is a fish cleaning sink as well as an outdoor shower. Charcoal grill is provided. Pac-N- Play, Highchair and wifi are provided. TV's in living room and all bedrooms with Samsung Smart TV's. Cable TV is NOT provided, you will need your own streaming account. Easy walk to the beach and bike path. The beach is two blocks to the board walk. No smoking/ No Pets!

Fall 08-04-2024 -11-30-2024 $450.00 per night. $2950.00 per week. 4 night minimum.
Winter-12-01-2024 -02/28/2025 $350.00 per night--$2100.00 per week $3600.00 per month. 4 night minimum
Spring 03-01-2025 -05-24-2025 -- $450.00 per night $2950.00 per week 4 night minimum.
Summer 05-24-2025 -08-02-2025 ---- $3955.00 per week --7 night minimum. The week of July 4th $4700.00
10.5% tax is added to the rental rate.
3% Merchant Fee will be added if you use a credit card! No Fee for Electronic Checks
Refundable Damage Deposit: $250.00 damage deposit will be required, it will be refunded within 14 days of check out by a check mailed to the mailing address on file. It will only be refunded in full if no damage is done to the home, which includes damages or stains to all linen provided. If the house needs extra cleaning due to the renter not leaving it clean, that extra charge will be deducted out of the refundable damage deposit.
50% is due at time of booking within 24 hours and 50% is due 30 days prior to check in. If booking within 30 days, all money is due at time of booking. If invoices are not paid within 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.
The maximum occupancy of the home is 6 including all children, toddlers and infants inside and outside the home. We ask that you not exceed the maximum occupancy. Anyone who exceeds the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave with no refund.
Cancellation and Fees: Please contact us as soon as possible in the event you must cancel your reservation. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount you have paid minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in you will receive 50% back minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days there is no refund. All refunds will be issued by check to the name and address on file.
