Pets and Smoking:
Pets are not allowed in any of our homes, smoking is not allowed within 15 feet of any home.

10.5% tax is added to the rental rate.
3% Merchant Fee will be added if you use a credit card! No Fee for Electronic Checks
Plantation Gate Fee: 100.00
50% is due at time of booking within 24 hours and 50% is due 30 days prior to check in. If booking within 30 days, all money is due at time of booking. If invoices are not paid within 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.
The maximum occupancy of the home is 12 including all children, toddlers and infants inside and outside the home. We ask that you not exceed the maximum occupancy. Anyone who exceeds the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave with no refund.
Cancellation and Fees: Please contact us as soon as possible in the event you must cancel your reservation. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount you have paid minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in you will receive 50% back minus 15% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days there is no refund. All refunds will be issued by check to the name and address on file.
Golf Carts and Fire Works are not allowed in the Plantation
